Patient Diaries gives visitors an in-depth look at what a real TEPEZZA patient could experience during treatment. It also strengthens the patient-to-patient connection.
Manny Awards have paid tribute to the creative work of agencies serving the healthcare market, their people, and their contributions to the industry. Tepezza wanted to showcase Bonnie and her experiences, talks about side effects, and shows other patients how treatment with TEPEZZA ultimately improved her appearance and vision.

How we got started
When trying to capture an audience’s attention, time is limited. But one of the best ways to reel someone in is to take them on an emotional journey. Videos that trigger an emotional response can persuade 70 percent of people to buy a product.
We worked closely with our account team to review the creative brief that outlined a campaign strategy and helped serve as a roadmap for developing our creative concept. Tepezza wanted to showcase Bonnie and her experiences, to help show other patients how treatment with TEPEZZA ultimately improved her life. Next, we brought Bonnies journey to life with a concept board. Patient Diaries follows Bonnie through all 8 of her infusion treatments. It starts before her treatment begins – and she’s excited to start the treatment process. After trying another treatment, the young mother and her doctor decided that TEPEZZA was her best option. Bonnie chronicled her journey with TEPEZZA, filming her life and her progress at each step of treatment. We showed that emotional tie to Tepezza, successful patient journey that wanted to let others know how to help their life.
I worked closely with copy, account, and the client to capture the message. We completed multiple rounds of revisions, but the final product was very personal and inspiring.
